Single-family detached home sales in September were at 653, up 26.31% from the previous year.

According the the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors, the median sale price of single-family homes in September was $172,000, an increase of 4.24% from the previous month, and September saw a 9.27% increase in the number of Pending home sales from September 2011.
