Jonathan Bashore

Jonathan Bashore grew up in a family where real estate wasn’t just a career — it was a way of life. But rather than stepping into a ready-made role, he worked his way through every part of the business: marketing, listing coordination, transaction management, buyer representation, and now as a listing broker and operational leader alongside Nancy and George.

What most people don’t realize is that for much of the last fifteen years, Jonathan has been a quiet but central force behind The Bashore Team — one of the people making sure every transaction gets to the finish line and every client experience reflects the standard the Bashore name is built on.

On the sales side, he brings sharp instincts, a genuine ability to read people, and an insider’s knowledge of Albuquerque’s neighborhoods — from the Northeast Heights to Rio Rancho — that gives his clients a real edge in every transaction.

A native Albuquerquean and La Cueva High School graduate, Jonathan studied at UNM before earning his broker’s license in 2013. He’s been active in this market since 2011 — long enough to have seen its cycles, understood its nuances, and built the kind of relationships that don’t come from a script.

Nancy & George Bashore

Since 1982, Nancy and George Bashore have built their name in Albuquerque real estate the same way: with discipline, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the client. The two met at Texas Tech University before settling in Albuquerque — where George built his real estate career and Nancy spent 11 years in retail management and as a buyer at Car-Lin of Albuquerque, one of the city’s premier women’s designer boutiques, before earning her broker’s license in 1990.

Over four decades, they’ve navigated every market cycle this city has seen and delivered consistent results through all of it. Decades of relationships have built something most agents can’t manufacture — a steady stream of repeat clients, referrals, and a network that extends well beyond New Mexico.

Albuquerque is not an easy market. It’s nuanced, competitive, and unlike anywhere else in the country — and that’s exactly why they built their career here. Their approach has never changed: constant communication, dedication to the client’s goals, getting the job done.

Raina Rose Clayton

Meet Raina Rose Clayton — the person keeping The Bashore Team’s listings running from first showing to final signature. Raina spent five years in real estate learning the hard way — the only way that actually sticks. By the time she joined the team in 2025, it wasn’t a leap of faith. It was a deliberate move by someone who had put in the work, knew the industry, and was ready to operate at a higher level.

As our Listing Coordinator, Raina manages every listing from start to finish — client communication, contractor coordination, property walkthroughs, buyer broker feedback, marketing, and compliance. She keeps the listing side of this operation running exactly as it should: tight, organized, and always moving forward. Her role is integral to how we operate, and she owns it.

What sets Raina apart is her ability to slow a process down without losing momentum. Real estate has a way of testing people quickly, and Raina has never backed away from that. She actually thrives in it. When things stack up and deadlines converge, she prioritizes, assesses, and executes — and does it with a calm that clients feel immediately. Sellers trust her. They hear it in her voice and they feel it in how she handles their questions, their concerns, and the feedback that ultimately helps get their home sold. She brings it all down to a human level. And when you call, she picks up.
